Harlan Drum is an 19 year old actress who will be making her debut as CeCe Matney in the Netflix Originals Series "Sweet Magnolias." Harlan started her career at the age of seven as a print model, working for countless national and international companies including American Girl, H&M and Justice. She was also featured in multiple fashion magazine editorials, most notably Vogue Bambini. Harlan starred in several national and international commercials (Burger King, Samsung) sparking her passion for acting. Harlan's other interests include watching movies, writing, working out, playing the banjo and hanging out with friends.
